1.    Get the names and addresses of each driver, passenger, and witness.

2.    Get the description and license plate # of each vehicle involved.

3.    Get the name of the insurance company and policy number for each vehicle involved.

4.    Contact the police.

5.    Do not move vehicle until directed by police.

6.    Do not leave scene of accident.

7.    Do not admit fault.

8.    Contact your agent/company as soon as possible.
